On-Site Support and Repair

Most of the services I provide are performed on-site, right in your home or business. I travel to your location, and unless you live outside the Eugene/Springfield area, I do so at no extra charge. For most people, this is the most convenient option. I carry with me the tools necessary to provide the vast majority of my repair and upgrade services, and in the rare case that I run into a more complex issue that I cannot resolve on the spot, I will offer to take your computer to my office and finish the work there, again at no additional charge.

When I come to your location, you do not need to make any special preparations. Simply have your computer ready to go, along with any installation CDs that may pertain to your situation, if you have them. If you do not, it is alright. I can usually do just fine without them.
