Savvy Duck's Services At a Glance

• New and Used Computers: We will work with you to build and deliver a new desktop PC that best meets your needs at a very reasonable price. Used computers also available!
  
• Computer Repair and Maintenance: We will come to your location to repair whatever issues you have with your Mac or PC. Also see Laptop Repair and my Tune-Up Special!
  
• Hardware Upgrades: Is your newer software making your older computer slow to a crawl? We can make that computer last a couple more years by installing new upgrades.
  
• Data Recovery: If you have accidentally deleted an important file or lost it due to an error, we will use the latest data recovery techniques to attempt a retrieval.
  
• Personal Training: Do you have a fancy new computer and need to know how to use it? Or do you just want to learn how to e-mail pictures to your relatives? We can come to your residence to help you learn anything you need to know about your mac or PC.

On-Site Consulting Usually the most convenient option, I will perform repairs, upgrades, or other services at your home or business.

Drop-Off Service My office is available if you would rather drop off your computer to be repaired as you go about your day.

Computer services on YOUR terms!

We will travel anywhere within the southern Willamette Valley to help you with your needs. We have created a map of the specific areas to which we will travel below. The darkly-shaded area centered on Eugene and Springfield describes the locations we will visit for maintenance and repair work at no cost to you, and the light area describes the locations we will visit for a reasonable transportation fee.

We may be willing to travel outside these areas for an increased transportation fee, but my schedule for such journeys will be more limited. Be aware that this map is approximate, and please contact us if you have any questions.
