Monthly or Quarterly Maintenance Service

Do you have sensitive information on your computer, and you can't risk having it break down? Are you frequently attacked by viruses or malware? The monthly or quarterly maintenance service might be for you. For just $29 per session, I will log in to your computer remotely at a specified time and run extra virus scans, remove unwanted software, make sure your protection is up-to-date, and eliminate other problems that might put your computer at risk. Need more than one computer checked? Not a problem; you even get a discount. Here's how it works:

1. Sign up for the Service - contact me via e-mail or phone to make arrangements and schedule the set-up appointment.
2. The Set-up Appointment - If you are in the Eugene/Springfield area, I will perform the first cleaning in-person, and at that time I will install the remote support software required for future remote cleanings. If you are not in the Eugene/Springfield area, I will guide you through installing the necessary software over a phone call or video call.
3. Future Maintenance - At prearranged dates and times, I will log in to your computer and perform the maintenance. I will also e-mail or call you with a reminder in advance to leave your computer on and logged in for the cleaning.
4. Extra problems? - If you need extra help at the time of a regular cleaning appointment, the amount paid for the regular appointment will be deducted from the cost of the visit. If you sign up for monthly service, you will also receive a $10 discount for any extra work you need for me.
